The Latino community’s contribution to the foundation and growth of the City of Sugar Land is as real as the sugar that gives our hometown its name. Centered just blocks from where Constellation Field sits today, baseball became an important facet of cultural life, providing a sense of community and family entertainment. These are traditions we work to continue every day. To honor these past, present and future contributions to our community, we introduce the Dulces de Sugar Land -- a bold and sweet reminder of time spent together with family and friends, building a community and loving the game.
